Our Gym is not the regular set up that you might come across... through all of our classes we not only show you how to move but we also focus largely on coaching and educating you so you are able to cultivate and nourish your own physical development in years to come.. you will learn how to move, to fight, to lift, to survive and adapt to all demands of life.
STRENGTH + MOVEMENT
This is our staple class format that we draw from an array of movement practices such as primal movement, gymnastics, lifting, awareness, calisthenics, locomotion and more..
COMBATIVES
We train to be capable, efficient creatures of combat using a large variety of techniques from various martial arts ... This isnt like your regular punchfit just hit sh!t kinda class.. We educate, coach and guide you through these skills.
MOBILITY + STRETCH
Yeah you can be strong...but that doesnt mean you are capable.. improving mobility is the key to a long lasting injury free life.. we iron out the creases that hold you back and target joint mobility, muscle flexibility and awareness to build our tribe into fully functional and capable humans.
