  These Classes are on 2 days a week with one class Female functional fitness, & the other is Ladies Boxing Fitness Class. The workouts target the whole body and you may even find some areas you never knew existed!

The FEMALE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS class builds your strength, cardio, agility, coordination & endurance using practical, functional and essential movements to help you get fit, healthy & in shape. This class is suited for all fitness levels and caters for those who want to workout in a non-competitive friendly environment 🙂

LADIES BOXING FITNESS involves the fundamental techniques of Kickboxing & Boxing that are used in a way to improve your fitness and health and also increase muscle tone, decrease body fat and provide you with life skills in women’s self defense.  By the end of each class you will feel exhilarated, de-stressed and supremely confident to take on the world!! Again these classes are non-competitive and have a friendly atmosphere welcoming everyone!!

P.S: This is not a Boxfit or PunchFit class- we use proper boxing techniques that are based on skill and practical application getting you fitter, quicker and faster whilst also giving you boxing skills that you can take with you for the rest of your life!
