This session is built for humans looking to get a balanced workout, upgrade their movement ability and improve their strength through a range of different movements both, bodyweight and weighted movements.

Built for all levels & designed for humans that want lasting, balanced results.

HYBRID

BOXING / STRENGTH / MOBILITY

The session of sessions..Designed to give you a rounded workout using all the elements we specialise in.. Boxing rounds, Strength rounds, Mobility Rounds.. Complete the highest intensity session we have and you will leave feeling drenched, exhilarated and pumped..

Session Length: 45-60min

COMBAT

BOXING/KICKBOXING SESSION 

A high powered, technique focused session designed for all levels to develop combat skills without ever needing to step in the ring. Built for all levels to help you increase confidence, fat loss, endurance & stress release. One of our highest calorie burning, confidence boosting sessions on the schedule..

Sessions Length: 45-60mins

YOGA

BREATHWORK / MEDITATION / FLEXIBILITY

Amongst all the chaos we live on a daily basis, the stresses of work & training this is the session to unwind, relax and learn to take your self care to the next level.  You will leave this session feeling grounded, stress-free and like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. No experience is required, you do not need to be flexible or zen AF to come to these sessions.

HANDSTAND

HANDSTAND / SKILLS / INVERSIONS

A specialty skills session to keep your movement skills challenged & refined. This session is for the handstand lovers, and those that just want to learn how to do a handstand.. Beginner friendly & will give you bragging rights or a new party trick…

Session Length: 30-45min

KIDS NINJA

OBSTACLE / MOVEMENT / FITNESS

The session for the youngsters. This one is split in to 2 age groups- 5-7y & 8+yrs. We cover a range of movement skills throughout this program and expose the kids to complex movement patterns, strength development and developing a healthy practical, well rounded physicality that will bring out confidence, a strong self-esteem and the ability to take on the best Australian ninja warriors:)
