We crafted this class to create Warrior kids that have skills to develop physical strength, learning self-defense and combat, overcoming mental and emotional obstacles and challenges.
This class combines skills of various martial arts in a safe, welcoming and friendly environment.
We believe kids should be able to move well, defend themselves and express who they are.
This is our 1st Pillar for kids: Defence & Resilience

YOGA & MOVEMENT
Relaxed, Responsible & Right Minded Kids.
This combo class is designed specifically to improve mindset, emotional durability and connection, self expression and communication.
Kids get shoved in front of a desk, told what to do all the time and then we expect them to have their stuff together.. As adults, we barely get by, so in having this expectation on kids can be a little discomforting when you think about it. We all need to express ourselves and communicate with our emotions, our physicality and our peers. This is the focus of this class.

NINJA
Strong & Capable Kids Is Every Parents Dream Right?
Ninja is a class based on specifically teaching and educating the students on proper movement patterns, techniques, activities etc to essentially evolve into strong and capable young humans.
The skills covered and built upon are applicable to everyday living and performance. Things, like running, jumping, climbing, crawling, balancing, are a staple in this NINJA class.
