We know what it is like to go to a new gym and have zero clues on where to start and what to do... We have all been there and all experienced those feelings. It sucks right!

To ensure those feelings and poor gym experiences don't ever occur again (at least under our control) we have fine-tuned our intake process to fit ALL fitness and Experience levels so you know exactly what to do and how to do it. We get a little annoyed at gyms that don't take your long term success into mind when getting you onboard, hence we have the following 4 simple steps for you to progress through prior to joining in on our group classes.

1. CHAT WITH US

Chat with one of our coaches or team via email, phone or throw your details in our trial booking form and we will contact you.

-Phase 1-

 

2. TRIAL A CLASS

Once you have reached out to us or put your details in to the trial booking form, we will contact you to confirm your booking and trial date.  You will receive an email with the info details for what you need before coming down..  

We have a some specific options for you to choose your trial class from, these are beginner friendly and able to cater for your needs.  Our Newbie Classes are as followed:  

CLASS TIMES:

TUESDAY

 Fundamentals: 5:30pm

THURSDAY

 Maverick Movement: 5:30pm

SATURDAY 

Yoga : 6am

Strength & Movement: 7am

Combat: 7:45am

After your class, we will sit down and have a quick chat around your goals and the next step. 

 -Phase 2-

 

3. SET THE STANDARD PROGRAM

Now we are ready to take you on-board to the next step. This phase is all about providing you with the tools and understanding of how we do things here before you become a fully fledged tribe-member. 

This program involves the exact tools and education that you need to ensure that you get the best possible chance at long term success. We understand that going to a gym can be hit and miss, especially in the commercial type set ups, so we pride ourselves on taking each new member through a proper training process that ensures results are made and maintained. We truly do have your back when it comes to your health

-Phase 3-

 

4. SELECT

 Once you have completed these necessary steps you eligible to become a fully-fledged NB tribe warrior! We then review your goals & re-calibrate the beginning of your journey so you have epic long term success with your lifestyle!
